Now that we've met the 7 Harmful Habits Characters and their Healthy counterparts, we need to address the potential underlying causes of any residual subconscious sabotaging behaviour.

Even if we no longer experience nerves, sometimes the habits we build to cope can linger. Even if you don't currently experience stage fright, it's important to understand where your nerves come from and what habits you may have built to compensate.
