Chakra Resonance Scale
Remember: always do a warm up (even if it's just a siren or two) before attempting a Resonance Scale.
There's not much to see as this exercise has no movements. I usually do it with my eyes closed. So I made an MP3, I thought it might make it easier to do the exercise along with me.
1. Either sit comfortably straight or lie on your back with your knees in the air and feet on the floor for this exercise. Don't attempt standing until you're pretty good at it.
2. Record yourself doing the Chakra Resonance Scale.
Make sure you sound at least 10 times at each station. It will take a while to feel it.
Base - Haw
Solar Plexus - Who
Throat - How
Head - Hee
Heart - Haaa
3. Describe what the experience was like on the recording. Speak for at least 30 seconds.
