And you won't have to go out of your way to interest them in a new offering – they'll naturally seek out new products of yours just to replicate the experience of working with you.
Both of those things will naturally lower the effort-to-sale ratio. The ratio goes down even more when clients are so fired up that their enthusiasm generates interest and leads for you on their own. Enthusiastic clients are the key to a smooth selling process, and it all begins with listening.
